Responsibilities:

• Design and operation of highly scalable, highly available systems (>99% uptime)
• Researching methods of automation, including managing infrastructure as Code
• Migrating from on-prem to the cloud – GCP aka Google Cloud Platform
• Upgrading the latest versions of Kubernetes and containers
• Architect infrastructure, application monitoring and log analysis frameworks to provide deep visibility

Required skills, not limited to:

• Linux O/S – Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, Debian
• Coding – Ruby, Python, GO
• Cloud (AWS/GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform (Preferred) or Cloudformation
• CI/CD – Jenkins
• Kubernetes
• Docker
